Bonus points for instances of telling the two 75'd, career Paladins in the party to "voke when the tank is dying" despite the tank (and I use the term loosely) basically doing nothing to keep himself alive. For the duration of the party, comparing him to Val's WAR-tanking (by accident of course) made me think this Mike guy couldn't tank a wet paper bag.
